Really bad experience. Contacted this seller:

Sent $250. He never sent the product. He did ask for MORE money though.

Then I asked for a refund and he "got the flu". Then he didn't have the money because of business misfortune.

It's been months now.

Then he asked for my Bank Account number so he could "wire the money directly so I didn't have to wait"!!??!! Of course I didn't do this. Now he doesn't return my phone calls or answer my emails.

Anybody know this guy? Would love to get some feedback about him.

Rocketboy, sorry about your bad experience here. Hard to say he is a "fellow Grumbler" as he only had 10 posts and it appears they were all to sell equipment. Never really a part of our family.

Maybe it is worth considering not allowing commercial posts until a "Grumbler" has filled out there complete profile and has served a propation period - either a number of months or number of posts or both. I see that other forums do that. Of course it is not up to me.
 
Never heard of him, but thanks for the heads up. What was he selling to you? Custom furniture? Just curious.

Maybe Angie's List might want to know that the guy is a rip off.
It shows you what some of these pay for lists of businesses are good for.
 
So sorry to hear you were cheated.. I am new to this site... it was recommended by a fellow grumbler from a frame shop in Westbrook, I was uncomfortable posting on ebay or craigs list because you hear of so many people with bad experiences. I've had a frame shop in my home for the past 5 years.. I enjoy photography and framing very much, but we are down sizing, so I need to sell all my equipment. I have received emails from 2 grumblers interested, I was skeptical of one due to the nature of it, I responded to the other and have not heard back, does anyone know Jennifer Cassaday or Russ Appleyard?
