Arquati Perfecta V-nailer Maintenance

Hello all!

My wife is in the process of purchasing a small frame shop. One of my "to do's" is to get all of the equipment cleaned and in good working order. I'm hoping someone might have some ideas for me.

The shop has a Arquati Perfecta V-nailer. We have no info on this machine and have a few questions.
1. Does this machine need to be oiled? If so, how and where?
2. Should air supply have a dryer on it?
3. When were these machines made?

It has been a great machine for the 3 years she has worked at the shop. The retiring owner has had so long, he doesn't remember when he got it. Our hope is to keep it working for many years to come.
