Wizard I believe requires a $500USD payment yearly for their phone help. The couple times I've called that was pretty much the first thing they mention after what identification number you have on your software. I'm guessing so they can tell immediately if you've paid said fee or not.
As a fairly new picture framer, where framing is our support business (art classes are our main), I was not able to afford a brand new machine. I was lucky to source one locally and wanted to call to see if there was anything I needed to do to register this machine in my companies name instead of the original purchaser. Just left a funny taste in my mouth when the first thing I'm requested is for $500 on a machine I thought I was able to plug and play!
