We had our visit today. The girl who visited had been schooled on Crescent products and she took notes about what we needed. She showed us the Customer Care team information and said they would handle all our questions. She said she had to give a detail list of questions the framers had to her boss every night and had found most framers had moved their purchases from Larson-Juhl to another company. This should be good news to Crescent--that framers are finding the move very easy to other suppliers.
