I order about 20,000 cards per year from them. Use the standard shipping method and not expedited since they will arrive in about the same amount of time. At the end of every order they will offer an additional batch of cards for $3.99. I always get an additional 500 for the $3.99 at the end of the order process. Once you have placed the order an additional window will open trying to get you to order additional stuff. Minimize that window and you will see your order confirmation. You have to play the game to get the crazy deals.

    They do my cards, too.

I used to do "desktop publishing" back in the days when it was a needed service. I had my logo professionally designed years ago, but I put my business card together myself..and I use Vista print.

Last week, the media company around the corner from me referred someone who to me was out of their budget range. The media company happens to be one of my customers (they're wonderful people) and a long time ago, asked me who did my card.

For the first time since I've had a shop, I sold a business card package. Definitely not on the menu, but I appreciated the sale.

Be careful, one of the pop up windows has an area you need to pay attention to. I forget exactly what it is but they have it you agree to something and they automaticaly bill you for it every month.

It is a game they play

For smaller quantities, vistaprint has good prices.

For larger quantities, another company has better prices.

At the risk of getting the mods mad at me, I will mention the company below:

Taradel.com has very competitive prices on high quantities of print materials. They don't do the the tiny quantities, so if you're only needing 100 or 250, stick with vistaprint. If you're doing higher, then compare prices to Taradel.

They also have a Grumble Discount (or did) but one of the mods found me mentioning this particular company in "Picture Framing Business Issues" to be a problem and they gave me a warning and moved it to "Commercial Posts, For Sale of Framing Shop Stuff and Art" thread.

Here is my original post about this:

...and if you feel like reading my entertaining rant, continue to read the thread where I question why the mods moved it to the thread full of picture framing machinery for sale.

Anyway - full disclosure, my sister works for this company, as their offices happen to be here in town, though they are an online-only sales company. Neither I nor my sister are in anyway compensated by any purchases you make with them, so I have no motivation to mention this, other than because it saves business owners money.

I personally use Taradel for high quantities, and still use vistaprint when I only need 250 of something.

You can compare for yourself, and decide accordingly. If you decide you want to make a purchase, I can see if my sister can re-activate the Grumble discount if it was deactivated by now.

(*anticipating warning PM again from mod)

I have used Vista Print for about 2 years now. Business cards, post cards, car magnets, thank-you notes, etc. The quality, price, and delivery are all excellent.
