Sorry to be redundant but perhaps these rates and scales would be a little easier to deal with. Zonk had the right concept, maybe just a little to vauge. I think it is an important question for all of us to find guidence on. Our staff is what makes or shops what they are and they shoud be rewarded for their efforts. We all ,I'm sure, relize that we all cannot pay at some of these levels. But think of it as an excercise in proportion as well.
