This is a great little Jun Air compressor for environments that need to stay quiet. Brand new, these cost close to $1200. This has been used in a retail frame shop for the past 15 years or so. I found another one from a store closing and kept this one around as a backup. It just been sitting here not being used for the past couple years, so I thought maybe it could use another home. I had it professionally serviced and cleaned about two years ago and everything runs good as new. I’ll also include an air hose with an air nozzle at the end. Selling price is $400.

It's located in Edina, MN. I'd rather not ship it, local pick up only

Please call or e-mail if you’re interested.

Lastboat, What part do you need? LJ in MPLS sevices them, I service my own. Silent Air parts are the same. I got my parts, as needed, from Air Compressor Express - ask for Enersto(?), (713) 681-1320 or (866) 681-1320: ecerando@silentaircompressor.com or www.silentaircompressor. I got my part for less that 1/3 the price of the Jun-Air part and it was a perfect match. Just ask for Enersto - he the owner and a hard worker.

A slow leak with a silent air compressor is not good because you don't pay attention to what you can't hear.

I had a leak and the silent compressor ran undetected for 12 hours straight and burned up.

My burned out unit was a Sil-Air and made no more noise than a refrigerator compressor. It also happened in the photolab which has a high level of noise.

There is something sweet about a noisy production environment, forget music, I'm comforted by the sound of machines running.

Doug, the Sil-Air is no different than the Jun-Air, in fact the compressor motor is made in the same factory. My shop is so small I just can't run the loud ones, windows shake, pictures/frames shift, and I need ear plugs; it's not very professional in my size shop to try to wait on a customer with one of those loud ones running. No, I will just keep my Jun-Airs maintained and turned off when not in use, IMO they are worth every cent I have spent on them and when they wear out I will purchase another.

Supposedly a friend of mine purchased this today but the seller forgot to let you all know, so being the busy body I am, I thought I would inform you all - I know how I like to call to purchase something just to find out it was sold 3 years, 4 months, 2 days, 5 hours, 23 minutes, and 10 seconds ago. Hopefully the seller will verify the sale so that others can look other places for the equipment they need.
