Looking for aluminum or plastic back frame for our larger metal prints

Picture attached of what we are looking for. Plastic corners for assembly.
We are presently attaching a small wooden frame with russian birch multiply. The aluminum looks so much cleaner and with the quick assembly corners no miterd corners with metal hardware required.
Anyone know who might sell this? None of my suppliers sell it. Decor, Omega and Larson -Juhl.

    What is "russian birch multiply"?

Would one of the wider Nielsen profiles work?

What are those channels originally intended for?
They seem like something the sign industry might use.

My cabinetry plywood supplier sells it. A very tight grained ply with no voids in the edges like our standard ply core. We buy it by the sheets, rip it into strips and miter and assemble them for standout frames on the larger dye sub metal prints we sell.
All the Nielsen stock has to be mitered and assembled with the metal corners. We are trying to get away from the wood and mitered metal frames. The pictures I have attacked are super clean and with corner or end plugs look so much more professional;.

I hope it works well. Also wondered if someone at whitewall.com would be willing to share where they get theirs.

The word I was stuck on was "multiply".
I couldn't parse it as anything other than a mathematical operation.
It's been a few hours and I finally realized that it was multi-ply.

Check with your LJ sales rep. In quantity you can probably purchase profile #94, 95 or 97 raw, meaning aluminum but unfinished, unpolished, not anodized.

    Still hunting, discontinued at Microtec.

    Thanks
Found them at Lion. Not sure if it is cost effective to ship to the USA?

Lion has a US distributor. At home right now, or could tell you who it is. Hopefully, someone else will.

Tech-Mark is the U.S. distributor for Lion as well as Morso and other products as posted by Cassetta in post #13.
I always used Tech-Mark for chopper blade sharpening.
I'm not sure if they carry that product but here is a link to Tech-Mark...https://www.tech-mark.com

I have spoken with Jill at Tech-Mark tech support for many years and she was very helpful. (especially for a machine nerd like me..;))
I'm not sure if she still works there but you can call them.

Ordered from Tech-Mark. Thanks to all.
Was one happy camper until she told me they cut the 10' sections in half for shipping. Promptly told her if she worked for me she would get 1 hour of time out facing the corner wall. Cut in half.:(

Glad you found it. And I bet she's glad she doesn't work for you.

I wonder if they'd send full sticks if you offered to pay the extra shipping.
