Everyone elses too!!!!
We currently have 1727 LIKES of which 206 are FRIENDS... I certainly appreciate when friends LIKE our business page....but I want that critical mass of LIKES to increase elsewhere too. We have mostly achieved this by promoting our postings from time to time. I believe that a number of framers have used the promote feature. Previously we also used some paid ads as well.FrameMakers said:The thing is, all these likes by our peers is not helping any of us with our marketing. We need to get likes from customers and potential customers. This is my real challenge. When I look at my likes 95% of them are either other framers or personal friends.
Agreed Nicole... Don't get your undies in a bundle! As I stated...blackiris said:...Are you seriously picking apart who likes certain pages?
I don't give a whooooie if they are all friends of mine.... A lot of them reshare what I do and you know what...
A like is a like..... The more the better.
And as you commented, it all helps...but we certainly want the most potential customers, too.John Ranes II said:... I certainly appreciate when friends LIKE our business page....but I want that critical mass of LIKES to increase elsewhere too....
BTW - I love your entrance photo on your FB Page Frame Studio Newton... I'd almost be tempted to trade it out with the cover picture...you have a very inviting entrance.
Years ago the landlord wanted to cement over the garden area under the awning....I begged him not to.
The planter box with the sign is new this summer. Every couple of years I change the landscaping to keep it fresh.
I tried the store front picture as the cover picture but the format was off the way it was cropped. I have to take more pictures.

Regards,Angela Stringfellow - Open Forum said:...Use your cover photo wisely. Facebook business pages feature a large cover photo at least 399 pixels wide. Formerly, it was against Facebook’s guidelines to include a call-to-action or marketing message within the photo—but that changed in March 2013. Use your cover photo to ask visitors to “Like” your page or direct them to a special offer within your tabs.

Once you like a page or something, Facebook lets everybody knows that you did. There is no expectancy of privacy on Facebook.Yesterday I liked one of the framers FB page above
And to my amazement another FB friend was informed I had liked the page.
Most of my FB friends have nothing to do with framing, so its of no interest to them I "liked" a framers page
Can someone please explain if this will happen each time I like a FB page?
