Tried searching a frame number on Fotiou's website, but when I hit 'filter', it didn't come up. Called their helpline, and the phone lady kindly tried to help me. She figured out that the frame number had to be entered with upper case caps, and by holding 'shift', rather than the cap lock key, but even that doesn't work on mine. She was able to bring it up without being logged onto the site. Usually have no trouble searching sites. If she can bring it up fine, is something about our search system not compatible with their site?

Not sure I'm understanding. Are you using a browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc? If so, then everything should be (as far as I know...) dependent on their site. If, however, you're using a POS or some other third party or stand-alone program/site to access their data, I would guess almost anything could go wrong... What does techno-hubby have to say? Or is he back to subject-to-interpretation non-verbal communication?

I just fed him a peanut butter cookie and read him your post. He especially liked the last part.

As to the problem, he says he doesn't know. He says if it was browser incompatibility, that would surprise him, as a public website should be built compatibly. He says they may have built it with an Apple website developing program that doesn't play nice with Windows. Glad it didn't crop up on a Saturday, as I was at least able to call them. Love their products.
