Just discovered the my Jun-air, model 6-25, air compressor has a leak. Turns out that one of the valve has a crack. I think it's been leaking for years, I just got around to changing the oil and that's when I discovered the leak.

According to the parts list it looks like it's P/N: 7070000 and 5414500

Anyone know where I can buy these parts?

This is Jun Air's US Headquarters. Give them a call and they will more than likely give you the distributor in your area. I would speak to one of the technicians to be sure those are the right parts before you order them.

It looks like the genuine OEM check valve averages about $90 and is a wear item that they suggest replacing every 8000 hours of run time.
    5414500 - Non-Return Valve
    $90.99

Many sources came up on a google search but still best to check with the manufacturer, IMO.

Getting parts for JUN-AIR in the U.S. is a pain in the A$$. Called the service phone number above, which connects you to GAST Jun-Air, and was on hold for like 30 minutes. The automated voicemail said to leave them a message and someone will call you back within 24 hours.

Ended up contacted Ohlheiser Corporation in CT, 860-953-7632, who is an authorized JUN-AIR dealer. Learned that GAST bought the rights for JUN-AIR parts in the US.

P/N: 7070000 that I need has a minimum order quantity of 12, at $31.49 each. Geeze, may be cheaper to just replace this with a new air compressor that is not a JUN-Air.
Ohlheiser is going to contact GAST to see if they can just buy one P/N: 7070000.

Also found out this morning that my shut off valve is leaking air also. What a nightmare.

Yeah... just go out and buy new one.
"Donate" the old one to Goodwill and let them deal with it.

I would take the valve assembly to a local air compressor service center and see if they can match the valve. They might be an off the shelf part that is equivalent to valve. The likelihood of a generic part in the pneumatic world is quite common.
I just looked at the part on line. It looks like a standard one-way valve. Match the threads and "easy pezy".

PM me with the parts you need and your information. I have a distributor about 1-1/2 miles from my shop, Midwest Machine Tool Supply, and believe it our not I have just ordered parts for 1 of my Jun Air compressors, 1 was the no-return valve. If you are interested, I can get the parts for you and will mail them out. It will take about 2 weeks from the time I order them.

Thank you Joe. I may need your help if what I ordered online this morning does not work out.

After spending the last 2 day running around and searching online I found the 7070000 part on www.radwell.com, and was able to purchase just 1 as oppose to a minimum quantity of 15. I just placed the order this morning along with the other parts. It looks like it's an aftermarket part but should fit.

Update: After waiting for Ohlheiser Corporation to get back to me, it turns out that they could not even sell me the part because I am located outside of their JUN-AIR distributor territory. I also contacted All Air Inc. in Elmsford, NY and was ready to placed the order. Then they came back to me and said I had to buy a minimum qty of 15 for P/N: 7070000 ($31.99 x 15 = $479.85).

The problem is that nobody would sell me just 1 of P/N: 7070000. Everyone is telling me I have to buy a minimum qty of 15 because GAST make them buy a minimum qty of 15. And yes, I have been looking into alternative parts. It's not as easy as it sounds.

If I have to buy another air compressor, I probably will not be buying another Jun-Air. It is an excellent compressor when it works, but a pain and $$$ to repair.
