Windows 10 - Worth Upgrading?

Most executive functions have a keyboard shortcut. For sure, if the option has Print or Cancel, Alt+P will Print and Alt+C will Cancel whether you can see them or not.

Somewhat related, our ERP system is an amalgamation of DOS, early Windows and somewhat-more-modern Windows. Every once in a while a Dialog box will not appear and you are stuck. Turns out that for some reason it's hidden behind the main window. Your only option is to kill the whole process or use keyboard shortcuts to Move the Dialog box. You have to do it all by memory since you can't see anything. Press and release Alt, type M, then use the Cursor keys to Move the box in whatever direction ends up being needed to bring it out from behind the window that has stolen focus. Once it's visible press Enter and then make your selections per normal.

Yeah alt p would just bring up another print iteration. Ctrl p too. Tabbing might move the cursor to the print button but mivht not actually make the print button visible.

Might need to decrease the font size. Maybe changing the font to a bold style will make it easy to see and not resize two much that it is off the screen.

It seems like your window for the program is set larger than your actual viewable area, maybe, like others have said, because of your resolution or font size. Did you try to maximize or un-maximize (but not minimize) the window? Maximize should make it fit the size of your viewable area. But if your resolution is goofing that up, maybe un-maximize and then drag the edges smaller or larger as needed. That's about all I got.

The res is set to give a text size that my father can read. So increasing is not really an option.
The window has no maximise/minimise buttons. Just and X to close.
The only way to resize the window is dragging the right-hand edge. Which is no improvement.

OK, I think I see what you are doing. You're trying to print right from the Windows photo viewer. I tried that to see what happens, clicked on a photo to open the viewer, then clicked to open the print dialog, then I see that it has no max/min buttons, only the x to close. I tried to see if I could get to the PRINT button without using the mouse, but nothing seemed to work for me.

If you've got the res set to a text size that your father can read, then you don't want to reset that. Does the printer you're using have some type of basic photo software that maybe you can print from that? That dialog box would probably have a maximize button on it or otherwise that you can drag it and have the PRINT button viewable.
