Is there a simple way to import/convert clipart from MatDesigner into the Eclipse design software? I have an Eclipse XL 40x60 and would love to have newer/different clipart! Thanks in advance.....Ps: Tried to reach out to Eclipse several times and have no luck in getting info......fingers crossed for some help here!

    Thanks,

    Joe

Joe I think you should really call Wizard tech support for that.
You do know Wizard bought Eclipse

Thanks for the response, and yes I did know that. Sadly I have contacted them several times only to be transferred to someone at Eclipse voice mail, left several messages there as well but no return calls. I love the simplicity of the Eclipse design software, but Wizard has allot of different clip art that we could use as well. Just wanted the best of both! LOL Thanks again for the quick response.....

I don't think you're going to get Eclipse on the phone. They ceased to exist 11 1/2 years ago. (or did you mean a Wizard staff member that still knows the original Eclipse s/w)

I believe Wizard bought the remaining stock and made their very good software compatible with the older Eclipse units at that time. They recently marketed a NEW heavy duty cmc under the Eclipse brand, but it uses only the Wizard software.

Those old Eclipse models were built like TANKS and meant to last.

I don't recall what formats the Eclipse s/w imported, but you could probably re create what you need. (illustrator?)

Thanks Mike, I bought mine back in '02 I think, it is a workhorse! I am sure there is a way to maybe import new /more clip art to it, but I'm not computer savvy enough to do it! I have been transferred to Eclipse 4-5 times to a voice mail and even spoke to someone once, a few months ago, and they even sent me a new disc a while back, but that is it. Thanks again for the input.....
