We had a wooden putty knife to break after about 30 yeas of use. I can't find one anywhere. All I can find are wooden handled metal knifes. Any idea where such a beast can be acquired?

Thanks!

For applying putty, we use a plastic tool used for sculpting clay.
Would anything like this help?
Did a search for wooden sculpting tool.

Not sure if you are actually looking for a Putty Knife made of wood, or a tool for applying corner putty, made of wood.

I used to have a handful of pop sticks which I had whittled to various shapes for applying filling putty to awkward places.

I use plastic palette knives for applying filler and stuff.

Dollar Tree has four pack of plastic palette knives for $1

Thanks all! I've ordered the wooden sculpting set. Thanks again for the input!!

Plastic putty knives are also useful for fabric-wrapping mats, to help smooth the fabric around the bevel and to the back of the mat.
