I have been able to stay extremely busy during the recession (recovery) and at times use a sign on the door stating "No Rush Orders Until Further Notice". Even when the sign is not posted people can see there are hundreds of pieces getting all manner of work done to them. Nearly every day I hear about how lucky I am to be busy. I'm wondering if others all around the country hear how lucky they are. I know they mean well but it is kind of insulting that it is luck and not skill & hard work. Do others get insulted when these comments are made or do you consider yourself lucky. How do others respond to the statement. I tell them it is hard work, long hours and a huge financial commitment.
