Any idea how much life is left, or how old they are?

Are they name brand Morso or after market blades? A picture of the other side of the blades would help.

1 set is the other not. Morso blades sharpened once and not been used yet, the other is used but never sharpened and aftermarket.
Just a note.
If the other blade set that is not Morso is Hansen, those blades are just as good as Morso and I don't really think of them as "after-market"
The Morso and Hansen blades are all from Denmark and are interchangeable and both are excellent quality.
I have had Morso and Hansen choppers and they are the best.
I've also used Jyden which is a good chopper but the blades don't interchange with Hansen and Morso.

I have a number of left over, truly aftermarket blades for the Morso, and they don't even look the same and are from China or Japan.

One more thing.
You have to be careful shipping those blades in the original Styrofoam boxes.
When they "jiggle" around in shipping, the tip of the blade can chop it's way out of the Styrofoam and poke out of the box.
I got a set back from sharpening one time and the sharp tip was sticking out.
It could have been a very bad day for the UPS guy or someone in the shipping chain if they grabbed that box the wrong way.

I got the wooden boxes from Tech Mark but you could put some wood strips or masonite strips around the styrofoam when shipping.

Excellent point about the dangers of shipping in the styrofoam box, Neil. The wood box from TechMark is a great investment.
