Margaret (Meg) is a cultural heritage conservator in private practice specializing in fibre-based media (such as textile and costume; costume accessories; basketry) since 1979, based in the Pacific Northwest (Pacific time zone). She is a Professional Associate of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC) and a National Heritage Responder. She has a textile science educational background, combined with internships, that give her uncommon qualifications as a cultural heritage conservator. She has worked on-site in the US and abroad.
