Does anyone own the Fletcher computerized mat cutter? (the one that costs 12,900) and how do you like it and the customer service? Thanks for any input. This would be the first computerized mat cutter that we have owned.
 
That would be the MatPro CMC 150. If you would like to talk with existing customers, please give Fletcher-Terry a phone call and speak with Brian Simard, and he will give you a list of current customers to contact.

I know that I am across the Pond in the UK, but I purchased the Mat Pro 120 5 months ago. Engineering wise a good machine. Software package lets it down a little. Major problems with steps in ovals and circles.
John are you at the UK NEC in two weeks time, if so would like to have a chat (again) with you.
